First and foremost, a very heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for sending the good vibes our way through this entire process. From our engagement, to my mushy-sappy posts, to talk about flowers and cake. I really do appriciate it. And I apologize that I never responded to any of your comments (looking at you, Eca!) - I plead wedding-induced amnesia!!
I want to do a nice post about the entire day, but I am still sorting through mounds of photos and it just seems a bit too overwhelming right now. I will get to it soon - I promise :)

It's been quite a crash landing back into reality, after having like 16 days off in a row and you know, experiencing one of the biggest days of my life. I have been knitting like CRAZY. In the days leading up the wedding I tried, I really did, but my fingers just wouldn't budge. But the minute we hit the road for the honeymoon, I was off and running. I've almost finished two sweaters in 3 weeks (nevermind that one is knit on size 10s). Matt is finally getting a handknit sweater too, but more about that later on.
I leave you with one gem from the wedding: My new brother-in-law's speech. Between him and my sister, I laughed so hard my ribs hurt. The best part is if you fast forward it to about 1:50 left, and listen for "Everything Matt's done....."

You two are such a gorgeous couple! Lots of love and happy wishes to you both. Bring on these sweaters, girl, I wanna see! :)
Your dress looks beautiful, and what a great picture. Congrats!
Congrats on your wedding!
What a great picture! And that was a sweet toast...
Congratulations! I hear you on the crash landing part. Don't worry, eventually you'll find your balance....clearly you are well on your way if the knitting is working for you again!
