WARNING: This post contains almost no knitting content and some might call it dull. Pleae feel free to move along to the next blog and miss my ranting about how I can't get sh#t done.
Ever have one of those periods of life where you feel like there is so much going on but you never really get anything accomplished? Between work, wedding planning, trying to knit, working on stuff for the house... nothing seems to be getting done. Time has just been escaping me lately - I mean, we're leaving for Boston tomorrow morning at an ungodly-early hour (let's not even TALK about how freaked out I am about even getting on the plane. I am probably one of the most aviatophobic people you will ever (cyber)meet) and I havn't even done the slightest bit of research on how we are going to get around, where things are located, etc (However, many of your suggestions did give me some excellent leads).
So far, Union Oyster House and Toronto vs. the Sox on Friday night are the only two things we are doing for sure. Only 3 more nights/4 more days to figure out!
I'm trying to convince myself to ONLY take Thermal with me so I can make some serious progress on it. It probably won't happen but it's a nice idea.

hey... it's okay to not bring anything to knit with you so you can really enjoy your time and get away from it all...
i just went away for almost 2 weeks and brought 2 projects with me (both socks) ... and i almost didn't touch it because there was so much to see...
plus... it's a good excuse to find the knitting storeS in the area =)
