Note to readers: Excuse me if some of this post doesn't make sense. Day-Light Savings time has once again wrecked havoc on my life in the following ways: 1) I had a dream last night that I was pregnant and giving birth, 2) Viva had me completely freaked out that there was a ghost in my apartment by silently stalking it in the middle of the night, and 3) My body HATES me for making it get up at 6:30, I mean 5:30, I mean 6:30. Send coffee.

Um
Sarah? You're AMAZING.

Not only did she hand-stitch a personalized Wine and Needles tote bag (Viva, yarn, wine... the usual), she filled it to the brim with all kinds of goodies. Click the photo to see!Seriously, she has inspired me to take my SP participation up a notch. I can't believe I was spoiled so much. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES. I entered you in the
Best Secret Pal Drawing because you TOTALLY deserve it.
The Anti-FlashI was too busy to flash my stash this weekend, although I have to say this button was definitely pretty creative. I'm over the
'sorority-stereotype thing' so this kind of shit makes me laugh. Flash um, girls!

Anyway, I was too busy because I was doing this:

and this

I bucked it up and spent all weekend painting my apartment. And for some reason, I got stuck on a Sonic the Hedgehog kick. There went Saturday!
Honestly though, painting an apartment, while very rewarding in the end, SUCKS ASS when you do it by yourself. I was covered in paint, my right arm felt like it was going to fall off, and I definitely let a few paint drops dry where they fell because I was too lazy to get off the ladder to clean them.
CurrentlyAline Jacket in Cathay was ripped 1/2 way and restarted at the Fresno State Football Scrimmage on Saturday. The defense was awesome as always, and the new QB prospectives were making some great plays. I tell yah, there is nothing like the smell of tri-tip and Fresno State Football on a Saturday afternoon. I can't wait for September, when I say bring it Colorado and LSU! Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere!
Karabella Cardi in Knit Picks Shine Worsted. Loving the yarn - this will be a perfect Spring sweater if I can actually finish it in that time frame. The pattern and yarn were birthday gift part II to myself, so I couldn't resist ripping the package open with my teeth casting it on the very moment it arrived at my door (ok, I may be SLIGHTLY exagerating that part about my teeth). However promising, this was my progress from one sitting!

Awwww, you totally do not have to do that! You are too sweet. Thank you! I'm just thrilled that you liked everything.
Go get some coffee....I'm about to drink my second giant cup of the day. Ugh, this time change blows.
Your kitchen looks great! Wanna drop by and do my bathroom when your arm recovers? Love the bag, too. What a fabulous SP!
