Ooh yummy! Is this for pizza or bruschetta... Can I ask you to share the recipe for the sauce/roasted tomatoes? From the looks of the cut up tomatoes, olive oil and garlic, it sounds in the beginning like a salad my cousin makes just raw with toms & garlic, but goes on to bigger and better things. Do share!
